SHIPPING:

We want to make sure you receive your order ASAP! 

• FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $20.
 (USPS Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days)
• Orders will be shipped same day/next day. (We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)
• You will receive an email confirmation with the invoice and tracking information once your order is shipped.

Kindly note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, it may delay your order by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return policy:
LuxyPaws wants to make sure that you and your pet are 100% happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you order the wrong size, we will be more than happy to assist you.

You just have to e-mail us at infoluxypaws@gmail.com and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) within 14 days of the date that you receive your order.
 You just have to met the following requirements:
  •  The item(s) must be in original condition, not damaged in any way to be eligible for a refund.
  •  Please include the invoice or a note with your contact information and reason of the return.
Once we receive the item(s) back from you we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have refunded and credited your account. Please note that some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund.
Do I have to pay for the return item(s)?

Yes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
